Quite changeable! The many hairstyles of Emma Watson

Her role as Hermione in the Harry Potter films made her world famous as a teenager, and since then actress Emma Watson has been a fixture in the international film industry. At her rare red carpet appearances, the 31-year-old likes to try out new hairstyles, and at the “British Academy Film Awards” she now also showed up with a changed hairstyle. The most beautiful looks of her career.

Long time no see, Emma Watson! After we last spotted the actress on the red carpet in October 2021, she now showed up at three events in just one weekend. Especially her stylish hairclip hairstyle at the British Academy Film Awards caught our eye:

In any case, Emma Watson looked quite changed at the appearance. She wore her hair longer than usual, styled into a center parting and with the lengths discreetly lightened. In terms of makeup, the British woman also seemed to have tried something new: more accentuated eyebrows, more blush and contour – a whole different look!

The hairstyle evolution of Emma Watson – Pixie, Petit Bob and Micro Pony

We remember: Last year, the Harry Potter actress appeared at the Earthshot Prize in London with a petit bob, which she had styled into a deep side parting. She wore her lengths twisted into slight waves, and when it came to makeup, she – relied on naturalness, apart from a few glitter particles around her eyes.

Also in the years before, Emma Watson liked to try out different hair lengths and stylings. For example, in 2018 she went for baby bangs – that is, ultra-short and fringed bangs and wore her shoulder-length mane a few shades darker than usual at the same time.

In the course of her career, Emma Watson has experimented with different shades of brown and blonde, but always stayed on the natural side. Best example? Her honey blonde highlights, which she used in 2012 to subtly lighten her growing-out short haircut.

Speaking of short haircuts: Emma got it right after finishing the filming of Harry Potter, after she had to wear her hair long for years for her role as Hermione. She revealed to "Entertainment Weekly" in 2010 that it felt incredible to cut off her hair. "I wanted to do it since I was 16", the actress continued. The result was a raspy-short pixie cut, which she sometimes wore fringed and sometimes sleek – and which highlighted her facial features even more.

In her more than 20-year career, Emma Watson has already tried out one or the other hairstyle – and thus proved that there is probably no hairstyle that does not suit her.
