  • Restaurants and cafes are allowed to serve customers again indoors, subject to conditions, as long as they are fully vaccinated or provide a negative test.
  • A maximum of 5 people from 2 households may sit at a table indoors and up to 10 people from 10 households outdoors.
  • Outdoor areas of cultural and recreational facilities such as amusement parks may reopen and negative tests are required for a visit to a museum or exhibition.
  • For gatherings outside enclosed areas, a maximum of 250 attendees are allowed.
  • People will be required to wear mouth-to-nose protection in main shopping areas, pedestrian zones and other streets where the distance requirement cannot be met. The existing obligation applies to public transport and retail, among others.
