– 4 tablespoons sugar
– 4 tablespoons flour

– 500 g mascarpone
– 300 ml whipped cream 36
– 200 g white chocolate

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Whip the cream until stiff, then stir in the mascarpone, chocolate and eggnog. When the cream is well mixed, put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

For the sponge mixture, separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat egg whites until stiff, letting the sugar trickle in. Then stir in egg yolks, followed by sifting flour onto the batter mixture. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan with a diameter of about 18 cm and place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the biscuit is golden brown.
