The Detox Plan we would like to present to you in today’s article is tailored to the body’s daily needs for essential nutrients to support the body’s detoxification systems and provide us with energy and strength from within. Even though this detox cure is not too restrictive, you should plan a few build-up days afterwards. During the build-up days, slowly start eating normally again.
